Redbean 1-Year Product Warranty


Available for Redbean and Autosquare branded products only.


The Redbean 1-Year Product Warranty is a voluntary warranty from the manufacturer and provides rights separate and apart from the rights set forth in Consumer Law. As such, the Redbean 1-Year Product Warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and it does not exclude, limit or suspend a buyer’s rights arising from consumer law.


The Redbean 1-Year Product Warranty (hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty") is issued by Redbean Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "Redbean") and applies to Redbean Corporation's branded products (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"). 
The Product is warranted against defects in parts and manufacturing for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase (hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty Period").


During the Warranty Period, in the event of a defect, Redbean, within the limits allowed by law, at its discretion, will: 

(1) Repair the Product at no cost, using new or previously used genuine Redbean parts that meet the minimum functional requirements through testing.

(2) Replace the Product with a new replacement Product of the same model or a replacement Product consisting of new genuine parts or used genuine parts that meet the minimum functional requirements through testing.

(3) Refund the original purchase amount. Normal wear and tear of consumable items such as batteries, misuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or damages resulting from reasons other than defects in parts and manufacturing are excluded from coverage under this warranty.


Except for your rights under consumer law, all other warranties, conditions, and other terms not expressly stated in this Certificate are excluded from Redbean's one-year product warranty.

Proof of purchase may be required for verification of suitability.

Service options, parts availability, and response times may vary by country or region. In cases where service for Redbean products is not available in the country where the product is located, shipping and handling fees may be the responsibility of the customer. If international service is possible, Redbean may repair or replace the product and parts with similar products and parts in accordance with regional standards.



Limited Warranty Coverage Explanation

Redbean's entire liability and sole remedy for breach of warranty is limited to repair or replacement of hardware at Redbean's sole discretion and is contingent upon an itemized receipt or verification of the date of purchase. Except where prohibited by applicable law, shipping and handling fees may apply. At its sole discretion, Redbean Corp. will replace or repair the original product with the same product or a product of comparable performance to ensure the function and performance of the original product.


Limited Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to the following and may result in paid services or situations where service is not available:


(1) Consumable parts designed to wear out over time, excluding malfunctions due to parts or manufacturing defects.

(2) Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or plastic damage, occurring after the initial retail purchase and not related to parts or manufacturing defects.

(3) Damage caused by non-Redbean parts or use of the product not in compliance with its specifications.

(4) Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquakes, or other external factors.

(5) Damage caused by the use of products that do not conform to the usage instructions provided by Redbean.

(6) Damage caused by services (including upgrades and expansions) performed by entities or individuals other than Redbean.

(7) Modification of products made to alter functionality or performance.

(8) Damage due to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.

(9) Damage when the production year or serial number of the product has been removed, tampered with, or rendered unverifiable.



Free Service

During the warranty period, Redbean offers free repair or replacement services for parts and manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of Redbean products. Verification of purchase receipt or purchase date is required for service eligibility. For some products, services may be determined based on the year of production.


Types of Consumer Damage
